Studio Floor – Kipseli Coworking Creative Space

Kipseli is a new coworking space in the heart of Chania. It was created as a place to work, meet, and connect with people from different fields—freelancers, creatives, small teams, remote professionals, and anyone developing their own projects.

At the same time, Kipseli welcomes artists looking for a space to present their work, share their practice, and explore new collaborations. The space can host exhibitions, presentations, and a wide range of creative initiatives.

This everyday coexistence creates the conditions for something more. When people with different backgrounds and practices share the same space, they also exchange experiences, ideas, and perspectives. Through these daily interactions, collaborations often emerge naturally and unexpectedly.

Kipseli aims to be both a reliable place to work and a space where people can connect, collaborate, and create together.

Kipseli is built around three core pillars that operate in parallel and complement one another.

  • 1. The Loft & Studio Floor — A Place for Everyday Work

    The Loft offers dedicated desks for daily use, providing a stable base for freelancers, creatives, and small teams seeking focus and consistency.

    The Studio Floor also operates as a coworking space from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering flexible workstations in a bright, open environment with plenty of natural light.

    During the day, Kipseli is first and foremost a place to work.

  • 2. Studio Floor — A Space for Expression, Learning & Creativity

    Outside coworking hours and during weekends, the Studio Floor transforms into a versatile creative venue. It can host exhibitions, presentations, rehearsals, workshops, seminars, or be adapted into a studio to suit the needs of different creative projects.

  • 3. A Place for Connection & Collaboration

    Beyond its practical function as a workspace, Kipseli aims to become a meeting point for creatives through events and shared activities.
